No one tracing the roots of language would search the first language ever called the Mother Tongue in recorded history, but Aleph-Mem, EM, the Hebrew mother, reverses to mean From, MeY, as in a matrix or mother. The Hebrew father, Aleph-Bhet, reverses (via the common phenomenon of metathesis) to mean Come, as in "come from", the English preposition "OF" ("from"), or in the Russian suffix "-ov" (GorbachOV), a locative meaning "comes from".
